Fungi

 

I came across these mushrooms that were growing on a tree trunk while I was walking in Victoria Park the other day.

 



 

 

 

Three different sizes, possibly three different species, but they all shared this vibrant orange colour

 

 



 

 

I know nothing about fungi, but a search on the internet makes me think that these might be Pan del Indio, translated as Indian's bread - tiny and voluptuous

 

 

 

 

 

perfectly formed.

 

 

 

These might be Flammulina Velutipe or Velvet Shank

 

 

luscious and delicate

a real joy to behold.
