Eating in Therma, Ikaria

Paralia was our favourite taverna in Therma, and we came here a lot, both for lunch and the evening meal.

It's located right by the sea so we were able to look both at the bay and at people enjoying beach life while we ate

The food was traditional Greek cuisine, homemade and utterly delicious

Meltemi was another favourite. The main part of the taverna did not appeal to us

instead we favoured the few tables that were set on the pavement, mainly because the lights were not so bright, but also because sitting here we could look at the sea. The food was very good indeed.

One evening they had live music and we enjoyed that too.
