We're back in Greece, very late this year, but never mind, we're here now. Took us three days to settle and get everything sorted, and then yesterday, we had our first swim. Our local beach, same as ever
The bougainvillea passage, beautiful as always, even if not as many flowers as other years
One of the three resident cats
and we're in
It's 8:30 in the morning. It's far too early for me, but I make the effort because I want to sit in the front row so that I have uninterrupted views of the sea.
Even so, all of the front row umbrellas are taken (the beach opens at 8:00). The rest of the beach is deserted but no front row umbrellas to be had. Will we have to come even earlier tomorrow? Can I cope with that?
Beautiful as always
just gorgeous
Ahhh!
This yacht is moored just outside our beach's boundaries. We will swim up to the net that stops boats coming into the beach and then back
We leave at around 10:15 - it's enough for the first day. The beach is busy by now. From 12:00 onwards until 8:30 in the evening it will be packed.
