We had a good walk in Charlecote Park a while ago. The house looked as majestic as ever
By the stables - a new addition.
Had a look at a lone swan as we crossed the bridge to the Western park, where we had a long walk. I didn't take any photographs as it was so cold I could not bear to take my gloves off
On the way back we noticed that the hedges had been decorated with bows, ready for Christmas.
The river looked as peaceful as ever
A different view of the house
Jacob's sheep having a rest from the hard labour of eating
Parts of the lake were frozen
Some deer were resting nearby
As I approached they got up
they did not run, did not leave, just were ready, just in case...
The church looked wonderful in the sun
but then, so did everything...
