The Mill Gardens were closed yesterday due to flooding. Two thirds were under water, and in some areas the water had risen just below the seat of the benches. Jephson Gardens, though flooded in places were open, because the paths are on a higher ground.
Today, even though it rained last night, there was absolutely no sign of the flood. Incredible.
